樹脂類型：

樹脂型光固化機器有分為三種：雷射、DLP投影、LCD。

這三種的樹脂因為能量的差異很大、因此樹脂不見得可以通用。

請大家在買樹脂時務必清楚。

 

MoaiSLA(雷射光固化)原廠(Peopoly)目前有出的樹脂有：

普通樹脂：顏色有灰色(推薦)、透明、黑色、白色。

                  在MoaiSLA上建議雷射power 為58 (可自斟酌調整)

                (可用於MoaiSLA，亦可以用於Fom1+/Form2)

高溫NEX樹脂: 顏色有肉色、灰色，在MoaiSLA上建議雷射power 為52 (可自斟酌調整)

高韌樹脂：透明色，在MoaiSLA上建議雷射power 為52~54 (可自斟酌調整)

Peopoly 普通樹脂物性資料

 

Peopoly standard resin is a UV curable acrylate-based resin developed for laser SLA printer. It responds to 405nm UV light and has a follow mechanical property:

Hardness (Shore D): ASTM D2240 82

Tensile strength at break (Mpa): ASTM D638M 60

Elongation at break(%): ASTM D638M 8%

Young's modulus (MPa): ASTM D638M 830

At 25C degrees, the viscosity is 600cps. Density is 1.13

Shrinkage post cure is 6.5% and is consistent for acrylate-based resin
